Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data we collect through qxentrixai.com and the AgentForge platform, why we collect it, and how it's handled — including where Amazon Web Services is involved in processing it.
1. Information we collect
We collect account information you provide directly (name, work email, company), usage data generated as you use the API and dashboard (API calls, agent configurations, invocation metadata), and information you submit through contact or waitlist forms on this site.
2. Agent inputs and outputs
When your application calls an AgentForge agent, the input you send and the model's response are processed to generate that response and, depending on your agent's memory settings, may be temporarily retained as session state. Run traces (inputs, tool calls, and outputs) are stored to support debugging and are retained according to your plan's retention window.
3. How we use AWS
AgentForge runs on Amazon Web Services. Model inference is processed through Amazon Bedrock; orchestration runs on AWS Lambda and Step Functions; session state is stored in Amazon DynamoDB; run traces and artifacts are stored in Amazon S3. We do not sell customer data to third parties, and we do not use customer agent inputs or outputs to train foundation models we don't control.
4. Data retention
Session memory is retained according to the retention window configured on your agent. Run traces are retained for the period specified in your plan (default: 30 days) unless you request a different retention window as part of an Enterprise agreement.
5. Data location
Data is processed in the AWS region you select when creating an agent. We do not move customer data across regions except as required to provide the service you've configured.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data by emailing support@qxentrixai.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and in line with applicable law.
7. Cookies
This marketing site uses only essential cookies required for basic site functionality. We do not currently run third-party advertising trackers.
8. Changes to this policy
We'll update the "last updated" date above when this policy changes and, for material changes, notify active account holders by email.
9. Contact
Questions about this policy can be sent to support@qxentrixai.com or to our registered office in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of qxentrixai.com and the AgentForge API, SDKs, and dashboard (together, the "Service"), provided by Tensor Qxentrix Technologies Private Limited.
1. Using the Service
You need an API key to use AgentForge programmatically. You're responsible for keeping your API keys confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to build agents that generate unlawful content, to circumvent rate limits or guardrails you've been asked to respect, or to attempt to extract the underlying model weights or infrastructure configuration of the Service.
3. Third-party models and services
AgentForge routes inference requests to Amazon Bedrock and, for future products, Amazon SageMaker. Your use of those underlying models is also subject to the applicable AWS and model-provider terms, to the extent they apply to your usage.
4. Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup. Usage beyond your plan's included invocations is billed at your plan's overage rate unless you've asked us to hard-cap usage instead. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Service availability
We target the uptime SLA stated for your plan on the pricing page. Because AgentForge depends on Amazon Bedrock, Lambda, and other AWS services, our SLA is bounded by the availability of those underlying services.
6. Data ownership
You retain ownership of the inputs you send to your agents and the outputs they generate. We process that data solely to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, with notice where practicable.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is." Agent outputs are generated by third-party foundation models and may be inaccurate; you're responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them in contexts with legal, financial, medical, or safety consequences. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding a claim.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
10. Changes to these terms
We'll update the "last updated" date above when these terms change and notify active account holders of material changes by email.
